’Tis the season to be jolly. Well, that’s what we might expect, but in fact for many it’s quite the opposite. Family conflict is more the order of the day, with harmony reserved for well meaning, old-time festive season movies.
It’s the busiest time of the year when our eating and drinking patterns, sleep and exercise patterns are rarely satisfactory. Where emotional wounds are known to surface and, predictably, at least one family member will annoy us.
