Dale Cleaver, CEO of Guide Dogs NSW/ACT, believes that the organisation's rapport with the community is due to the fact that they airm for complete authenticity with donors, supporters and clients. Training and supplying assistance dogs for those who are visually impaired is a process which would be redundant, without the high level of trust the association has built over the 61 years it has served the community.
